Francine Lamoriello

Francine Lamoriello is the Executive Vice President for Global Strategies for the Personal Care Products Council (formerly CTFA) and directs all Council international activities and issues.

Prior to joining the Council, Francine served as Senior International and Business Strategy Advisor at Baker, Donelson, PC, where she counseled clients on international business strategy and regulatory affairs, and international trade policy. Previously, Francine spent seven years as Director of International Trade and Investment Services at KPMG Peat Marwick where she led international strategy and marketing studies for a wide variety of U.S. companies. Francine has also held positions at the U.S. Department of Commerce where she was Director of the European Community Single Market Program and specialized in US-EU trade policy affecting technology companies.

She is a member of the Board of the Global Strategy Institute; and an Adjunct Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Washington, D.C.

Francine graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Comparative Governments and History. She has a Master of Arts degree in International Economics/West European Affairs from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a degree in Soviet Studies from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. She is an accomplished speaker and author of numerous publications.
